The Unified National Inspection Team (U.N.I.T.) provides General Home Inspections for a various number of people. Our goal is to provide a General Home Inspection (GHI) for people in need.

People who normally, would not have the money to pay someone to have a GHI completed, the U.N.I.T. is there. We provide our services free of charge. This is done through a qualifying process unique to the U.N.I.T., along with the help of our sponsors.

Our goal is not to compete with the GHI inspection companies across the country, but rather compliment them. Our inspections are performed for people who normally would not have an inspection performed. The U.N.I.T. feels everyone should have the right to own a home and we want to do our part to make it happen. By providing our service, educating the public and maintaining high levels of commitment, the U.N.I.T. will try to do its part, to keep our industry strong.

There are strict requirements to be met and the U.N.I.T. will maintain the highest level of com- mitment while keeping the public's interest in mind.
